On Nov. 18, the 18th Shaanxi Province Foreign Culture Academic Seminar was held in Xi’an Foreign Language
University. The headmaster of Xi’an Foreign Language University Hu Sishe and the president of the Shaanxi
Province Society and Science Yang Fan and other more than 70 experts and scholar attended this seminar.
Prof. Hu Zongfeng was elected as the executive member of the council for the second time. And he gave a lecture
about wasteland comparison between Deserted and Sister Carrie.
